General information: The 9th European Club Championships will be played in according to the ICF Canoe Polo Rules

Start: Start of the competition Friday 26th of September 10 p.m. with the team leader meeting.

Games: Saturday 8 a.m. till Sunday 4 p.m.

End : End of competition Sunday 28th of September 4 p.m. with price giving ceremony

Performance classes: Men’s Club teams, Ladies Club teams

Entry fees: 100 €

End of subscription period: Tuesday 16th September 2008

Liability: The organizer takes no liability. The participation is on behaved on one risk. The clubs liability for their members and guests.

 Shuttle to/from Forlì Airport (FLR) one way: 10€ each person + 5€ each kayak (*)
 Shuttle to/from Bologna Airport International (BLQ) one way: 5€ each person + 5€ each kayak (*)
 Shuttle service Hotel-Playing Area during the tournament 30€ each team (**)
 Saturday 27th September Barbeque 13€ each person
 Continental Breakfast 5€ each

Please note that all the above mentioned services must bereserved in advance through the online services available on the www.canoaclubbologna.it website.

(**) The shuttle services for the hotels operate with one trip in the morning (from 6.30 a.m. until 10.00 a.m.) and one return trip in the evening (Saturday from 17.30 p.m. until 20.30 p.m.) (Sunday from 16.30 p.m. until 18.00 p.m.) The entire team must travel at the same time.
